Veining that turns the corner.

A waterfall only works if the vein carries around the mitre. Both pieces were cut sequentially from the same slab, mitred at forty-five degrees, and dry-assembled in the shop before glue-up.

Taj Mahal quartzite was chosen over marble for a client who cooks daily — the warm white palette without the etching.
