CMG Stone is a full-service stone fabricator and slab yard in Bridgeport, Connecticut. We select, cut, finish, and install marble, granite, quartzite, quartz, soapstone, porcelain, onyx, and other specialty surfaces for builders, designers, and homeowners across Fairfield County.
Forty years in the trade teaches you that the material decides most of it. A slab has a grain, a direction, a place where the vein wants to land. Our work is to read that before a blade touches it, then make the finished surface look as though it could not have been cut any other way.

Perimeter runs, islands, mitred waterfall ends and full-height backsplashes, planned around the veining of your slab.
Baths and vanities
Vanity tops, shower surrounds, curbs, thresholds and benches. Wet areas need stone chosen for how it behaves, not only how it looks.
Fireplaces and outdoor kitchens
Surrounds, hearths and bookmatched chimney breasts, plus grill surrounds and bar tops in UV-stable porcelain and granite.
Commercial and trade
Multi-unit packages, restaurant and hospitality surfaces, and repeat work for builders and designers. Templated to your schedule, priced per package.

Slabs you select
You choose the actual slab at our Bridgeport yard. We tag it in your name so no one else can take it.
Layout before cutting
We plan every cut against a photograph of your slab. Nothing is cut until you approve where the veining lands.

Once cabinets are set, we laser-template on site and plan every seam and cut against a photo of your slab.
